I just got off phone couple minutes ago and it wasn’t a pleasant one.

You see, I’ve just sent out a promotion for Gobala’s special offer. Within an hour, one of my Ex-students phone me up and gave me a loooooooong BS on ..

“If Gobala is making money online, if so and so is making money online, why they have to do such a offer like these? and he went on, saying he already SPENT XX,XXX amount of money and learnt from XX amount of “GURUs” on learning Internet Marketing and at the end of the day, I gained nothing! I’m sick of people OVERCHARGE me.

Basically he wasn’t happy with me promoting other VALUABLE products..

Familiar? I’ve come acrossed many people like him, lets name him “N”. And I always see a pattern in their mindset

I have 2 questions…

1) If “N’ has an offline business, which he has one, does he promote his product to feed his family? buy his house? If the answer is YES, then why Gobala can’t promote his product to buy his house and get married? Even if he already earned Massive online, can’t he still offer something VALUABLE?

2) If “N” spent XX,XXX of $$ and learnt from XX amount “GURUs” and still no results, I wonder is the problem with the $$, “Gurus” of “N” himself.

I tell you the truth, It takes more than TALENTS, SKILLS, TECHIQUE, STRATEGIES to be successful online, your MINDsets are above all else.

I tell you the truth again, 90% of “Online Marketer” doesn’t make a single DIME because of…”drum roll”..

DOESN’T TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEMSELVE!

You see, I didn’t have the luxury to begin my online markeing journey with COURSES, I learnt the hard way. I was scammed more than RM20,000 before I truly get to learn the real stuff. aren’t willing to make sacrifice, you probably aren’t going to
achieve your goals)

I will THINK BIG! (The opportunity is seemingly endless. Don’t
be satisfied with small successes… go for it!)

9) I will not give up! (Nothing happens without action. Never stop
taking action.)

10) I will pay it forward. (It is more blessed to give than to

An RSS document, which is called a “feed,” “web feed,” or “channel,” contains either a summary of content from an associated web site or the full text. RSS makes it possible for people to keep up with their favorite web sites in an automated manner that’s easier than checking them manually.

RSS content can be read using software called an “RSS reader,” “feed reader” or an “aggregator.” The user subscribes to a feed by entering the feed’s link into the reader or by clicking an RSS icon in a browser that initiates the subscription process. The reader checks the user’s subscribed feeds regularly for new content, downloading any updates that it finds.

The initials “RSS” are used to refer to the following formats:

• Really Simple Syndication (RSS 2.0)
• RDF Site Summary (RSS 1.0 and RSS 0.90)
• Rich Site Summary (RSS 0.91)

RSS formats are specified using XML, a generic specification for the creation of data formats.

1) RSS is “pull” technology. This means reader will explicitly subscriber to your RSS only if their are interested, then the it will pull down the content from your site to their own Feed reading Service. The reader has full control and able unsuncriber anytime they want. As a publisher, its is a good thing because you can rest assured that reader to subscriber to your RSS really reading your content.

2) People that read your blog an subcrbe to your RSS normally is a very Targeted audience. This is to the blogger advantage as you will know what your target audience want. Look at my post on NICHE Marketing.

3) RSS can help distribute informaion more efficiently. It makes Internet users lives better. In the world of Internet, having right information on right time is impotant as there are too much information - Information Overload!

How to get More Readers?

1)When you write a post, always point your reader back to the RSS subscriptions.

2)Write a post on how to subscribe to the RSS Services. (Depend on your target audience resistance to technology)

3) Make your RSS icon or link visible or prominent for your reader to subscribe. In my blog, you can see the link on the left sidebar of the blog, right beside the orange icon.

Day 3 was alright, getting to know the new group and everyone shared a little about themselves.

After having so much Hawker food for the passed few days, Patie decided to take me and Nick to beach side for a change. SUNSET BISTRO - is the name of the place went for dinner. Pretty nice ambience, its by the seaside, something like the BALI style. The owner of the bistro-Chew, excellent PR fella, chatted and found out he is form KL too!
We also had pizzas and some light snacks, not to mention I had some cocktails thing, not too sure what i drank. = )

After 2 full day of Information Overload, its time to have our Stomach Overload, By the way, Justin, Moog Li, Si Han, Suan Bee and Moong Ling are really FOOD HUNTERS in Penang, they could just talk about food all day long, besides, they do HUNT for GREAT food all over the nation. Si Han and Justin are a walking FOOD DIRECTORY and food is their PASSION! Looks where they took me for the “Graduation Dinner”!
